The .com and .net registry VeriSign has asked a US court for a quick resolution of litigation over the price of domain names

VeriSign responded to the antitrust litigation on August 25, according to a Form 8-K it filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company is involved in the litigation due to a July 9 decision by US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which reversed on appeal an earlier decision by the district court in San Francisco. The case was brought by the...
