Calvin Klein has lost the final stage of its fight to block the registration of CK Creaciones Kennya as a Community trade mark
In a ruling today, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJ) rejected the fashion company's appeal of a General Court decision.
The General Court last year upheld OHIM's rejection of Calvin Klein's opposition to the word mark, which was filed by Spanish company Zafra Marroquineros covering classes 18 and 25 in October 2003.
