My Health’s UDRP complaint over a domain registered before its mark existed is the latest filing to draw criticism from a panellist
California company My Health filed a complaint with the NAF against Top Tier Consulting over the domain myhealth.com
In his decision on August 26, panellist Michael Albert was moved to write an "Other Considerations" section, in which he outlined some of the problems with the complaint.
