Icann advice to Board partly revealed

Icann has released the briefing notes given to the Board ahead of the June meeting in Brussels

It is the first time the briefings, totalling 318 A4 pages, have been released. However, they have been heavily redacted. Many of the sections dealing with assigning China, Taiwan and Hong Kong internationalised domain names are blacked out as are sections dealing with the .xxx application and signing of DNSSEC into the root zone.
