Michael Verga and Charles Chesney have joined Kilpatrick Stockton's intellectual asset acquisition and transactions team as partner and counsel, respectively.
Verga and Chesney are joined by three associates. All five additions formerly worked with Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz. They will all reside in Kilpatrick's Washington DC office.
Verga specialises in patent prosecution in the electrical, software, computer and medical device fields. Chesney is proficient in patent prosecution and litigation for medical device and electrical matters.
