What is the most important quality you would bring to the WIPO DG job?

My strong IP technical expertise combined with my management experience as president of the Polish Patent Office. I devoted my whole career to IP: I have been a patent attorney, president of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, a university teacher (Kielce University of Technology), president of the Polish Patent Office (since 2002) and I presented my doctoral thesis on "The Attorney in the Patent Proceedings".

During all these years, I have acquired a unique experience, combining technical skills and knowledge, organizational and management leadership, diplomatic responsibilities, academic research and so on.
