IP practitioners disappointed by EPO software decision

An unlikely alliance of IP officials, patent attorneys and anti-software patent campaigners have said that they are disappointed that the EPO president will not ask the Enlarged Board of Appeals to clarify the rules on the patentability of inventions related to software and business methods.
