MIP Awards Dinner 2007

MIP's second annual Awards Dinner was held at Claridge's in London last month, with more than 250 guests coming from as far away as Australia, Japan, Argentina and Chile

A total of 45 trophies were presented to the IP firms of the year in 35 jurisdictions, as well as special awards recognizing pan-European work, the case of the year, in-house team of the year and outstanding individual achievement.

This accolade went to Tove Graulund, for her work on behalf of trade mark owners as chair of MARQUES. Google was named in-house team of the year and the case of the year was the US Supreme Court dispute between eBay and MercExchange.
