Biography
Rosie Carrie joined Håmsø Patentbyrå in 2026, having trained and qualified as a European, UK and Irish Patent Attorney at a top-tier London-based firm.
Since entering the profession in 2014, Rosie has focused her practice on patent matters in the automotive, aerospace and clean technology sectors. She advises clients on drafting and prosecuting patent applications and on the impact of third-party intellectual property rights on their commercial position.
Rosie also has extensive experience in the management of patent portfolios and client relationships. Her technical background is in mechanical and electrical engineering, with particular expertise in renewable energy technologies.
She holds an integrated Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in General Engineering from Durham University. During the final year of her studies, she specialised in new and renewable energy engineering, including research into the use of power consumption signatures for smart energy management.
