Rosie is a UK and European patent attorney in the Tech group.
Rosie has a technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering. Before joining Kilburn & Strode, she gained industrial experience in the automotive sector, working on hybrid electric vehicles for a major car manufacturer.
Since joining Kilburn & Strode in 2014, Rosie’s patent practice has focused on the drafting and prosecuting of patent applications in the automotive, aerospace, and energy and utility sectors. Rosie has particular expertise in (and enjoys working on) electrical machine and hybrid vehicle technologies and other clean technology solutions.
In addition to the drafting and prosecuting of patent applications, Rosie’s practice includes advising on competitor surveillance and freedom to operate matters. The overall management of patent portfolios and client relationships also forms a key part of Rosie’s practice.
