Andy is a UK and European Patent Attorney and a Representative before the Unified Patent Court.
He holds a first class Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law with distinction.
Andy worked for several years as an engineer in industry before pursuing a career in law. He now has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Europe and internationally. He works on a wide range of patent matters including oppositions, appeals, litigation, strategy, freedom to operate, licensing and due diligence.
Andy also teaches at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies in Strasbourg.
