Krister has extensive experience as a European Patent Attorney (EQE) and with advising Norwegian and foreign clients in all aspects of IPR, and in particular in patents. He also has extensive experience in patent opposition and appeal processes, both in Norway and before the EPO.
Krister is frequently used as an expert witness in court in patent cases, and he also advises clients on overall strategy in all IP contentious matters. He is also often used as a lecturer for the Norwegian industry on IP awareness and entrepreneurship.
Krister has a PhD in physics from the University of Oslo, specialising in solar cell technology. He also has a background as a researcher from the Institute for Energy Technology.
Working languages are English and Norwegian. Basic knowledge in French.
