He has extensive experience with domestic and international general commercial contracts and liability issues, including strategic viable advice, negotiating and litigation. He is a specialist in the protection (including portfolio management), acquisition, commercialisation (all types of cooperative ventures) and enforcement of IP and affiliated rights, IP driven mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. His main areas of practice are trademark law, trade name law, industrial design law and copyright law and he also advices on issues relating to sponsorships, entertainment, advertising, marketing and corporate communications, protection of trade secrets and unfair competition.
