Ms. Yu obtained her Juris Master degree from Renmin University of China, and joined the firm in 2011.
Ms. Yu represents clients ranging from startups, to Fortune 500 multinational corporations in various industries, such as hospitality, technology, social networking, manufacturing, and food.
Ms. Yu has successfully handled hundreds of trademark prosecution matters before the CNIPA, as well as numerous trademark court appeals and infringement lawsuits before Beijing courts and other courts, administrative complaints before local administrative authorities. She has also successfully handled various domain name disputes and other IP related matters for clients.
