Peter Puchberger

Peter Puchberger is a partner of the firm since 1981. His work is focused on litigation and litigation support in the field of chemistry and pharmaceutics. He is a former president of the Austrian Chamber of Patent Attorney. He was lay judge at the Higher Regional Court Vienna and regularly served as a court expert in chemical and pharmaceutical patent infringement disputes.

Peter further counsels clients in questions of patent valuation and employee invention rights, as well as evaluation of IP portfolios and licensing agreements.
