Georg Puchberger is an Austrian and European Patent Attorney. He earned a Masters degree in mechanical engineering from Vienna University of Technology.
Georg joined Puchberger & Partner in 2009, became European Patent Attorney in 2013, Austrian patent and trademark attorney in 2015, and was named partner in 2016.
Georg is specialized in prosecution and litigation of Austrian and European patents in the field of mechanical engineering , in particular oppositions and cancellation actions. He regularly drafts expert opinions on patent validity and infringement to support patent infringement proceedings at the Austrian and German courts.
