I am a Senior Patent Attorney in the IP team of the Budapest office.
I specialise in biomedical engineering, biotechnology and computer science, and I mainly deal with multidisciplinary inventions at the interface of the medical and technical industries, including computer-implemented inventions.
I have several years of experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution, technology transfers, trade secret protection, trademark law and copyright law. In addition, I have advised tech start-ups on managing open-source software and databases, preparing licensing agreements and other types of contracts.
I have assisted clients with protecting their intellectual property rights in various sectors, including life science and computer science. I have also developed IP strategies in academic and corporate fields, managed IP portfolios, as well as provided patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions.
I am the author of numerous professional papers and articles that address various complex IP-related issues, and I actively share my expertise and knowledge as a lecturer in IP law at the university level.
I am seeking admission as a European Patent Attorney.
I speak English and German in addition to my native language, Hungarian.
