I am a counsel in the Data Protection and TMT teams of the Budapest office. I advise businesses on how to solve their legal problems relating to information technology.
I aim to use my understanding of the IT industry to serve our clients effectively. I have extensive experience in IT related commercial, intellectual property and data protection matters.
Over the years, I have developed particular experience in assisting businesses with handling cross-border technology related legal issues. I also regularly work with my international colleagues, drawing on their experience and skills to offer a great service to our clients.
I have advised clients on high value IT related transactions, SaaS deals, complex cloud infrastructure contracts, and ERP agreements. I also regularly advise on data protection matters, including cross-border data transfer structures.
I have also gathered extensive experience in helping fast growing technology companies setting up and managing their day to day legal operations. In particular I helped companies in creating their SaaS contract templates, vendor review processes and compliance strategies in relation to data.
I speak English in addition to my native language, Hungarian.
