Matthias Bergmeister's practice focuses on the fields of information and communication technology as well as software and electrical engineering. He formulates patent applications and supervises international patent grant proceedings before the relevant offices, inter alia, concerning inventions in the fields of smart home and computer technology as well as electrotechnical applications, e.g. in energy and automotive engineering. For years, he has also been extensively involved with inventions in the field of mobile communications, many of which are relevant to standards. Matthias Bergmeister advises and represents our clients from the automotive supply industry as well as globally operating mobile communications and energy technology groups in litigation proceedings in all instances before the German courts.
