Frederick Kramer works in the fields of automotive and aviation technology, IT and telecommunications, electrical engineering and medical devices. As a physicist, he formulates patent applications and accompanies the grant proceedings before the competent patent offices in Germany and abroad. He advises and represents clients in opposition proceedings, nullity proceedings and infringement proceedings, for example in the field of mobile communications and connectivity, in all instances before the German Patent Office, the European Patent Office, the German courts and the Unified Patent Court. These proceedings often concern standard-essential patents. He also handles the drafting and prosecution of national and international design applications. Frederick Kramer heads the Frankfurt office of Maikowski & Ninnemann.
