Marta Rodríguez Aguado

Marta is a Senior Associate in the Trademark Prosecution division of ELZABURU. Marta advises and acts for important Spanish clients operating in varied fields such as foodstuffs, insurance, education and fashion and also for some official bodies, assisting them in the management of their trademark and domain name portfolios. She also works frequently for American and Chinese clients, assisting the latter, particularly, in accessing the Spanish marketplace through the registration of their brands.
