Alba is an associate partner in the Legal & Business Department of ELZABURU. She advises and represents national and international clients of all sizes on all aspects of IP law, unfair competition, and reputation, with a particular focus and extensive experience in dealing with commercial contracts (licenses, technology transfer, due diligence processes, and R&D).
As a lawyer, she works with her clients on IP enforcement issues in the pre-litigation and litigation contexts.
Her current activities focus on the defence and exploitation of intellectual property assets related to life sciences and information technology, particularly in the fields of software, hardware, artificial intelligence, etc.
Her clients in these field are worldwide relevant tech and life-science companies and entities.
