Luis is head of the Trademark Department where he coordinates a team of almost 60 people and provides strategic advice relating to trademarks and domain names portfolios. With more that 30 years of professional experience, he is also an expert litigator in the areas of trademarks, copyright and publicity rights. He has also done considerable work in such specialized fields as domain names and infringement of IP rights on the Internet. Luis has been a Chartered IP Attorney since 1992 and a European Trade Mark Attorney since 1995. He was a member of the Legal Advisory team of a leading Spanish pay television channel, where he acquired a wealth of experience in contract and production law relating to audiovisual works.
