Marcela began her practice at Uhthoff in 1997 and became partner on 2007.
Marcela has handled trademark prosecution and litigation in Mexico for over twenty years.
Additionally, has coordinated trademark filings and related litigation abroad, working as a liaison between brand owners and agents throughout the world.
She has participated as speaker in different forums of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, International Trademark Association and the Mexican Bar Association. She has also been speaker at Universidad Panamericana and Fordham University School of Law seminars.
