With just over 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property, she collaborated with the firm's Trademark team for 13 years, advising clients on strategies, prosecution and litigation in Mexico and around the world. Currently, she has joined the firm's Patent team, following up on administrative issues related to clients in Mexico and abroad and is in charge of the firm's Data Privacy Area, assisting clients in Mexico and abroad, in the control and management of personal data owned by third parties, along with carrying audits for the creation of privacy notices and risk manuals, as well as the creation and implementation of a DPO’s/CPO’s in Mexico.

Education/Alumni: She obtained a Law Degree in 2008 from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico City and completed a Diploma in Technology Law at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) in 2019.
