She has extensive experience advising clients on the selection, use, and protection of trademarks, which also extends to legal opinions, preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign trademarks, portfolio management, and contractual matters such as licenses, transfer coexistence and collaboration agreements.
Connie also conducts intellectual property due diligence investigations for corporate transactions and financing matters, and prepares assignments, security agreements and recordal. Her experience encompasses a wide variety of industries, including computer technology and services, fashion and luxury goods, food and beverages, gaming, technology hardware and equipment, telecommunications, pharma and biotech.
