Manuel holds a degree in Law , a postgraduate in Industrial Property and a Executive masters in Business Admnistration. Jurist, Official Intellectual Property Agent and European Trademarks and Design Attorney, he has been developing his professional activity at A.G. da Cunha Ferreira since 2013, where he has been acting as Official Intellectual Property Agent and Trademark Manager since 2014. Great-grandson of the founder, he represents the 5th generation of the Cunha Ferreira family at the service of Intellectual Property.
Manuel is also a member of the major IP organisations, including ACPI (Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Consultants), INTA (International Trademark Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
