Degree in Military Sciences, Naval Engineer, Introduction to European Patent Law Course at Robert Shumann University – C.E.I.P.I. – in collaboration with A.C.P.I (1992). He is a partner and Official Intellectual Property Agent, European Patent Attorney at EPO (European Patent Office) and European Trademarks and Design Attorney at EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). He has been at A.G. Da Cunha Ferreira since 1985, having performed the most diverse and relevant roles in the management of Intellectual Property rights such as AOPI, European Patent Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney, in particular for Patents and Designs. Great-grandson of the founder, he represents the 4th generation Cunha Ferreira at the service of Intellectual Property.
