Louise Myburgh

Louise Myburgh is a Trade Mark Practitioner and has BEcon (Hons) and LLB degrees. She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Louise has over two decades of experience in domestic and international trade mark registration and litigation, searches and renewals, domestic and international copyright, advertising objections, unlawful competition, passing off, company name objections and domain name disputes.
