Georg advises as a German and European Patent Attorney global players as well as mid-sized companies in the fields of information and communication technology, electronics, and mechanics.
Beside his substantial prosecution practice, Georg focuses on the representation of clients in opposition and Appeal proceedings before the German and European Patent Office, and nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court and the German Federal Supreme Court of Justice. He is regularly involved in litigation proceedings often in an intensive cross border context and multi-patent battle, both on the offensive and defensive side.
His technical background is in the study of physics at the Universities of Hamburg, Grenoble and Munich. He holds a Mâitrise in physics from Grenoble University as well as a diploma and PhD in physics from the Technical University of Munich. He has gained practical experience in both science and industry in Johannesburg, Paris, Grenoble and Cambridge (GB).
