Frode has many years of experience, offering strategic advice on a range of legal matters within IP and he has assisted with securing and developing some of the world’s most famous brands. He works with both domestic and international clients, and ensures he takes time to fully understand his client’s needs. He has also served as a deputy judge at Toten District Court (now Vestre Innlandet District Court) for 2,5 years. He works primarily with intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, design, and patents; enforcement; litigation and dispute resolution; unfair competition; and marketing law as well as IPR strategy work in general.
