Celine has several years of experience within IP law, unfair competition and marketing law. She represents Norwegian and foreign clients in litigation and conflict matters, as well as providing general and strategic IP counselling, developing and implementing protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, including related matters, such as domain name disputes and custom matters.
Celine’s areas of expertise are trademarks, designs, copyright and unfair competition. Her clients span from Norwegian start-ups to large international corporations from all industrial sectors.
