With more than two decades in the IPR business, Trine holds unique and extensive experience in general and strategic trademark counseling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, as well as trademark litigation, oppositions and other legal and administrative procedures, negotiations and agreement drafting, in Norway and abroad. Trine also has strong experience within marketing law and unfair competition.
Trine is widely experienced with anti-counterfeiting and customs matters and is a board member of the Norwegian Anti Counterfeit Group (NACG).
Her clients span from individuals and entrepreneurs to market leaders and international corporations within all sectors of consumer goods and commodities, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, automotive, gaming, entertainment and IT.
