Frank is specialized in electronics, mechanics, ICT and computer implemented inventions. He advises and represents you on patentability of inventions, IP protection strategies, patent infringement and enforcement, patent validity and license agreements. He defends you in oppositions and appeals at the EPO, national and international litigations. Frank has a strong background in IP management in the industry by having worked for international companies like Barco, Esselte and Newell Rubbermaid managing the patent portfolio for brands like DYMO, Parker, Waterman, Rotring, Mimio, Endicia, Teutonia, Irwin, etc. He is member of The European Patent Institute (EPI. He is also a committee member of the International Patent Owners (IPO), European practice committee and the IPO software committee. His clients include national and international corporations, government authorities, consultancy firms and law firms.
