Bram advises on how to protect and defend clients’ interests (innovations) in relation to Intellectual Property. He defends clients in proceedings (e.g. opposition, cancellation, etc.) at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He is specialized in Intellectual Property (trademarks, designs, copyrights, databases, etc.) and business development, with a particular focus on trademarks and designs. Bram’s clients include national and international corporations, government authorities, consultancy firms, law firms, communication agencies, and tax and accounting firms. Finally, Bram is also registered as an expert in the National Register for Legal Experts with focus on Intellectual Property – he is appointed by Courts in “descriptive seizure” proceedings.
