Fernando Ortega Sánchez

Fernando obtained his degree in Law by the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a Master degree in Intellectual Property by the University Pontificia Comillas pf Madrid (ICADE).

Partner since 2023, he has a long experience and a thorough knowledge in IP and unfair competition, both in civil and criminal prosecution. He is in charge of antipiracy issues as well as customs procedures. Contributes to publications and specialized press with the draft of opinion pieces.
