Eva advises our largest clients on IP strategy, portfolio management and enforcement.
She is a specialist author of the Danish Patents Act, the Danish Marketing Act, the Danish Act on Inventions at Public Research Institutions, the Danish Act on Collective Management of Copyright in Karnov’s Law Collection and has authored a long list of articles printed in law journals. Eva is an external examiner and has for several years lectured in marketing law, at the law studies graduate programme and now teaches intellectual property law and marketing law at supplementary training programmes for attorneys-at-law. Eva is authorised to represent clients before the Supreme Court of Denmark.
For several years running, Eva has been named as an IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property, and she is ranked on World Trademark Review’s (WTR1000) list of Top TM Professionals worldwide.
Eva is a member of the Danish Board of Appeals for Patents and Trademarks.
In addition to an LLM, Eva holds a PhD in Copyright Law.
