Backed by her more than 30 years of experience, Charlotte is somewhat of a heavyweight in the provision of IP advisory services. She acts as IP portfolio manager for some of Denmark’s largest companies, engaging actively in our clients’ strategic and commercial IP activities. She advises and assists businesses in connection with the establishment and enforcement of trademark, design rights and domain names. She has also specialised in online enforcement of intellectual property rights an area that has become a priority issue for her – assisting Danish and international businesses in combatting this growing problem. Charlotte is manager of our Aalborg office.
For several years running, Charlotte has been named as an IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property, and she is ranked on World Trademark Review’s (WTR1000) list of Top TM Professionals worldwide.
Charlotte has been awarded with the "Practitioner of the Year 2025 Denmark" award.
