Edward is a British and European Patent Attorney and is also a European Patent Litigator before the European Unified Patent Court.
Edward's work is focused on electronics related technologies, ranging from mobile communications to semiconductor processing. Medical technology, including MRI and surgical devices, is also an area where Edward is actively involved. Edward's work involves both patent prosecution before the EPO and opposition proceedings. With a career spanning more than 30 years working in intellectual property, Edward has experience both as in-house counsel and as an attorney in private practice.
