Ben Flocke

Ben Flocke represents national and international clients before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. He has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2015 and joined df-mp as a patent attorney in 2020.

Ben Flocke specializes in telecommunications, medical technology and electrical drive components. He represents clients at various stages of the prosecution process and participates in litigation to enforce or defend intellectual property rights.
