Julia Bittner has been attorney at law since 2012. She was the latest addition to df-mp in September 2023. The appointment came at a time of continued growth of df-mp’s Soft IP Practice. Julia’s focus is on litigation in trademark and competition law as well as strategic consulting for the alignment of national and international trademark portfolios.
Julia has in particular wide experience in the representation of client’s in ex parte preliminary injunction proceedings. Her practice also includes licensing issues and drafting of contracts related to intellectual property rights. A further focus of her work is the representation of clients in domain-name matters.
She is a passionate IP attorney who reacts quickly. Her solution-oriented, practical approach and putting herself in the client's position helps to find efficient and economically reasonable solutions. When necessary, Julia vigorously defends her client’s interests in court.
Julia is a member of ECTA, INTA and GRUR. She is an active member of the International Trade Committee of ECTA.
