Specialized in the Intellectual Property, mainly in Patents, Utility Models and Industrial Designs; as well as in Patent litigation, producing technical reports, expert opinions in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering; He is also involved in the Aerospace area of the firm, and he is certified in AS9100 and

NADCAP.

He has more than 18 years of professional experience in consulting matters, Industrial property, litigation in the same matter. 

He has been a lecturer in Mexico and abroad in events organized by different associations, universities and government agencies on issues related to Industrial property rights and Innovation.
