Charlotte Stirling

With 30 years’ experience in the profession, Charlotte advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, communications, media and perfumery. She is highly experienced in trade mark clearance, filing, registration and enforcement, both in the UK and internationally.

Charlotte regularly advises on contentious matters, including oppositions, cancellations and disputes, and is known for her pragmatic, commercially focused approach. She also handles enforcement of clients’ IP rights online, including domain name disputes and proceedings before ICANN and Nominet.

She works closely with clients to protect, defend and enhance the value of their brands at all stages of the trade mark lifecycle.
