Ben represents clients before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization in both ex parte and inter partes proceedings. His clients include household names in luxury goods, film, fashion, food, gaming and sporting equipment, as well as SMEs across the pharmaceutical, retail, automotive, drinks, arts, charity and trade association sectors.
