Biography
Adina Bădărău is a European Trademark and Design Attorney and a National Patent Attorney. Complementing her legal qualifications, she also holds a degree in Chemistry.
A substantial part of her practice focuses on trade mark matters, including registration, examination and opposition proceedings, as well as complex contentious proceedings and litigation.
Adina also has extensive experience in patent matters, including freedom-to-operate (FTO) and validity opinions, infringement actions, and cancellation proceedings. Her work is particularly focused on the chemistry, pharmaceutical, and chemical engineering sectors.
