We are one of the most important firms in Latin America in enforcement, litigation, and brand protection. We handle customs cases, look-a-like cases, unfair competition matters, criminal and civil actions, as well as trademark and copyright infringements nationwide.

We specialize in providing nationwide training for public officers to identify counterfeit products, having conducted over 400 sessions to date. We also actively engage in anti-counterfeiting efforts, conducting raids to confiscate counterfeit goods in previously unmonitored markets. As part of our protection strategy, we focus on larger targets and handle border measure cases and litigate against infringers at administrative, civil, and criminal stages.
