Marko Stübegger has represented refractory products company RHI Magnesita in several matters before the EPO since joining in August 2021 and regularly writes patent applications for the business’s inventions.
A colleague praises him for proving himself numerous times to be a true expert in patents and trademarks and for always being well-prepared and acting professionally.
Before joining RHI Magnesita in 2021, Stübegger worked as a patent attorney at Pinter & Weiss for six years.
Stübegger notes that the main goal of his work is not only about getting a patent granted but satisfying the company’s diverse stakeholders.
He argues that a patent isn’t successful unless it really meets the company’s needs.
“The real worth of a patent can only be seen once it has survived an opposition and when the business is satisfied with its value,” he says.
