Lego beaten in UDRP by re-seller
Lego has suffered only its second UDRP defeat in nearly 300 cases, despite another company selling Lego products to finance its healthcare business
In Lego v Stichting RIB ZWWF, the toy manufacturer said the domain gebruiktlego.nl (usedlego.nl) did not offer a disclaimer to show that the respondent was unauthorised to sell second-hand products, which are sold on the site.
