Court of Appeal to rule on headlines

The Court of Appeal in London is hearing a case this week over whether newspaper headlines and web links can be protected by copyright
Three judges – the Chancellor, Lord Justice Jackson and Lord Justice Elias – will hear the appeal in The Newspaper Licensing Agency Limited (NLA) & others v Meltwater Holding BV & others from today.
