Court deals blow to EU patent court
The proposed single European patent court is not compatible with the EU treaties, the Court of Justice in Luxembourg said today
The decision is a big setback for plans to harmonise litigation in Europe and reduce the costs and delays caused by conflicting proceedings in member states.
