These are some of the questions we will address in a Managing IP/LexisNexis webinar taking place next Tuesday December 17.
The webinar starts at 12 noon (New York) and will last about one hour.
The speakers are IP author and consultant Eric E Bensen, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein partner Charles R Macedo and IBM IP counsel Bryan W Butler.
I will be moderating the discussion so please contact me if you have any questions for the speakers. You can of course also send in questions during the presentations and discussion.
The subject of this webinar is highly topical with the recent passage of the Innovation Act in the House of Representatives and the Senate due to hold a hearing on its own proposed legislation next week.
As usual with our webinars, each speaker will give a short presentation with slides and then we will have questions from the audience. Be warned – it could get lively: we’ve had a couple of teleconferences with the speakers in preparation for the webinar and it’s clear they each have rather different, and strongly held, views about how to improve patent litigation in the US, where courts are going wrong and what Congress should do.
I’m sure listeners will have views they want to make known too, so don’t miss out.
You can sign up to watch and listen to the webinar free of charge.
